At Expo Prospects, we stand behind the quality and accuracy of our trade show, conference, exhibition, webinar and seminar attendee email lists. We are committed to delivering verified, high-performing B2B contact data that helps customers achieve strong marketing, outreach and sales results.

Deliverability Guarantee

All event attendee and B2B email lists delivered by Expo Prospects include a 95%+ email deliverability guarantee based on hard bounces.

If your results show a hard bounce rate higher than 5%, we will replace bounced records at no additional cost.

Replacement Policy

If you experience an issue with accuracy or deliverability, you may request a replacement file. Valid replacement requests must meet the following criteria:

  • Request submitted within 14 days of data delivery.
  • Includes bounce report or evidence (Excel / CSV / email verification export).
  • Bounce results reflect hard bounces only (not soft bounces, auto-replies, blocks or spam filters).

After verification, we will provide:

  • A new replacement dataset equal to the bounce volume.
  • Or additional enhanced segmentation based on your preference.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of B2B data and the ability to copy and store files instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once lists have been delivered.

However, if we are unable to fulfil your order (e.g., event list unavailable after confirmation), a full refund or project credit will be issued.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind or campaign cancellation after data delivery.
  • Incorrect targeting criteria submitted by the customer.
  • Non-use of data or failure to deploy emails correctly.
  • Soft bounces such as inbox full, blocked server or temporary errors.
  • Emails classified as spam by your platform or domain configuration.

How to Request a Replacement

Send an email to info@expoprospects.us including:

  • Your order details (invoice number or event name).
  • The bounce report file (XLS / CSV / screenshot).
  • Your preferred segmentation (role, region, industry, etc.).
